The Flat-Earth Cult takes another step towards paganism

I was listening to a podcast with a prominent flat-earth guru as the guest and the discussion was about flat-earth cosmology. At one point in the podcast, the discussion went to a supposed second Sun which the flat-earth guru called Rahu. He claimed that Rahu was an ancient explanation for eclipses.  He states further that Rahu is also known as the black Sun and is part of Vedic astronomy.  Vedic astronomy? Seriously?

Vedict astronomy is part of the Hindu and Buddhist religions. In other words, it’s PAGAN! So, why are so many believers getting into this Flat-Earth Cult that is nothing more than a mix of pagan beliefs?  In fact, Rahu is even worshipped as a god in India and has a dedicated temple.

I remember hearing many videos and reading articles from flat-earthers that claim there is a dark planet that is the cause of an eclipse. Wow! Sounds very familiar with Vedict astronomy and now we have the confirmation that it’s pagan right from the mouth of a flat-earth guru himself.

“God made the two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night. He also made the stars.” Genesis 1:16 WEB

In regards to our earth, God did not make two Suns, he made one Sun. So, all of these flat-earthers who are claiming there are multiple Suns involved with the earth, you really need to get back to the scriptures instead of believing pagan teachings.

Deuteronomy 18:9 “When you are come into the land which Yahweh your God gives you, you shall not learn to do after the abominations of those nations.”

So, why do believers want to adopt the belief of Hindus and Buddhist and contradict what Yahweh has already made clear in the Book of Genesis about the Sun and the Moon? People need to get back to the words of the true creator and stop following the teachings of pagans.
